Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Custom Orders Processing Time
Please note that custom or made-to-order items require additional processing time. Custom orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days before shipping.
Processing times for custom items may vary depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified once your custom order has been completed and shipped.
Rush Order / Priority Processing
If you need your order sooner, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional fee.
Rush orders are prioritized and moved ahead of standard orders in our production queue. With rush processing, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note that rush processing applies to processing time only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, as shipping times are still dependent on the carrier.
Rush order availability may be limited depending on current order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (U.S. & Puerto Rico): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note: Shipping times begin after order processing is completed, not from the time the order is placed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
If you are located outside of these regions and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at Craftedbyyolix3@gmail.com. We may be able to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
